Itinerary
We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience. From exploring historic landmarks to tasting delicious local cuisine, each day is packed with adventure and excitement. Join us as we take you on a journey through some of the most fascinating destinations in the world.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), a representative from Kili Roam Adventures will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha or Moshi.
If you arrive a day before your safari, you will have time to relax after your journey and prepare for the adventure ahead. In the evening or at a scheduled time, your safari guide will meet you for a pre-safari briefing. This is the perfect opportunity to go over your itinerary, discuss what to expect during the trip, and ensure you have all the necessary items for your safari.
We recommend planning to arrive at least one day prior to the start of your safari to allow for rest and any unforeseen travel delays.
After breakfast at your lodge, your guide will pick you up and drive to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2–3 hours). Known for its ancient baobab trees and large elephant herds, Tarangire is a photographer’s paradise. You’ll enjoy a full-day game drive, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and possibly leopards or cheetahs.
